What: Support for bands to perform to wider audiences

Where: Berkeley 2 Studios

We support musicians who have graduated through our Move On Up programme to become performing musicians, writing and recording their own music and performing at high-profile venues. We arrange performances for these bands, support them to design a set list, to rehearse for the gig, and ensure that they are comfortable pre- and during performance. We also arrange songwriting and recording sessions for the bands and work alongside them to support the creative process. For more information, contact rob@musicallscotland.org.uk

The Fridays

The Fridays have been with us since musicALL began, and have been involved in many projects and performances over the years. They are a mixed-ability band who write their own music as well as playing covers in diverse genres such as pop, jazz, folk and rock. In 2023, the Fridays recorded and produced ‘How Does It Feel?’ an EP of 3 self-composed tracks and 2 covers. You can click on the links below and listen to their EP on:
